Alphagraphic Inks Ltd t/a Alphagraphics respects your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under all relevant legislation in force from time to time in the United Kingdom. The purpose of stating our web site privacy policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data provided to us while visiting this web site. If you are not happy with any element of the policy set out below you should refrain from use of this web site.

Damages
Any loss, damage, shortages or incorrect orders must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Please ensure the goods are checked upon arrival before signing (or goods are signed for as unchecked). Any claims made as a result of courier damage cannot be pursued if this procedure is not followed.
We will not be liable for any damage to goods returned to us via another courier if goods have not been checked upon receipt from us and reported immediately.
In the case of receiving damaged goods, these must be signed for upon delivery as “Unchecked” or “Damaged” in order to process a claim.
Backorders
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or part of your order, we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery dates and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Free Gifts
Free Gifts are limited to one per day, per customer. These gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.
We respect your individual right to personal privacy and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. In line with GDPR this policy outlines how we deal with any personal data you give us when visiting our website or through other channels of interaction like phone calls, emails, texts and marketing.

Collection and Use of Personal Data
You are free to browse our website without providing any personal information. If you sign up for our email marketing or wish to register for an account we usually collect data such as name, address, email, phone number.
We also collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information. We log your IP address, browser’s user agent, and referring address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and to identify unique users. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information like geographical, browser type, pages viewed and time on our site.
If you contact us by email, phone or message on social media, subject to your consent we will hold details of our correspondence for a period of 12 months without further communication.
We do not purchase third party lists containing personal data.

Our website is not intended for or to target children under 16 and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 16, please contact info@ag-ni.com so that we may delete the information.

Data is shared with financial institutions, logistic couriers, our web hosting company and suppliers (for the purpose of direct shipping only). We do not share details with third party advertisers and other customers.

Collections
If you wish to collect your order, our warehouse is open for collections from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
Where possible, please place your order in advance of arrival to reduce waiting time, especially if you require rolls to be slit or metres wound off.

Our delivery charges to anywhere in the UK are:
- Free carriage per delivery on orders over £315.00 ex vat
- £12.90 for orders up to £315 ex vat

Deliveries to Mainland Europe:
- €15.00 per order ex vat

3 – 4 days: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxenburg, Netherlands.
4 – 6 days: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Slovakia, Spain.
5 – 8 days: Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden.
Deliveries to: Switzerland, Liechenstein, Croatia, Bosnia, Norway, Serbia and Montenegro

Transit Time:
4 – 5 days: Switzerland, Liechenstein.
5 – 8 days: Croatia: Bosnia, Norway, Serbia & Montenegro.

Returns for internet orders
If your product is no longer needed or has been ordered in error, Alphagraphic Inks Ltd t/a Alphagraphics may be able to offer a refund if the product can be resold and is in a fit state to do so. Please note you must email our returns department (info@ag-ni.com) within 7 days of receipt of order requesting a returns code. If the return is authorised this returns code must be labelled on items being returned to Alphagraphics. When the item has been received by us we will inspect it thoroughly to ensure the product is fit for resale. Please note, if sending products back to Alphagraphics the packaging and product must also be in the same condition as received. If the item is not in resalable condition, then the return application will be cancelled/revoked indefinitely. Collection of the item must then be arranged by the customer.
After inspection and the product is in a resale condition we will issue a full refund. Shipping costs sending products back to Alphagraphics must be borne by the customer.
We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

***Direct orders or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, in which case appropriate actions will be taken to resolve any issues***
Faulty Items.
As a customer it is recommended that you fully inspect your product as soon as it has been received to ensure no parts are missing, damaged or faulty. Missing items must be reported to Alphagraphic Inks Ltd t/a Alphagraphics within 7 days of the item being received. Failure to outline missing items to Alphagraphics will result in forfeiture in obligations to replace missing parts from Southern Print Supplies Ltd T/A Walsh Graphics.
If you deem the item you received as being faulty within the 3 months then you can send the item back to Alphagraphics for inspection by our returns department. Please note you must email our returns department at info@ag-ni.com requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Alphagraphics. Warranty varies between manufacturers so it is advised to contact Alphagraphics regarding warranty before returning any products. After a product is received to our returns department and it is deemed to be faulty, we will either replace product, offer a similar product or – if neither of these is possible then we will issue a refund of the product.
Please note that the application and further processing of all products supplied by Alphagraphics must be carried out by a fully trained and experienced operator. Failure to present evidence that this is the case may invalidate any claim for return of product and/or refund.
Supply in Error
If you receive a wrong item, Alphagraphic Inks Ltd t/a Alphagraphics must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then organise the collection of your item. When the item is received back to our returns department and is confirmed to be supplied in error, Alphagraphics will replace the item with the correct one.
If it is not a wrong item, the customer will be invoiced the collection charge as incurred by Alphagraphics. If it is possible to resell the item Alphagraphics will restock and will issue a credit note to the customer at 85% of the original value. We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note:
1. Under no circumstances should an item be returned to Alphagraphics without the authorised returns code clearly displayed.
2. All items purchased via the website must be returned through the appropriate channels as outlined above.
3. Any items to be returned to Alphagraphics remain the property of the customer until a full returns inspection and verification has been carried out, after which Alphagraphics reserves the right to refuse the returned item(s).
Where a refund has been authorised due to unavailability of goods or return of faulty goods, please allow up to 21 working days for funds to appear in your account. Alphagraphics will issue refunds within 48 hours of authorisation for same and Alphagraphics will not be held responsible for any delays with funds being credited to your account as this is the responsibility of your issuing Bank.
